After joining Landmarks in a remote sales role, I shifted to a marketing role and then became key operations person. Managing an office of 10 including 3 production departments as well as working with remote sales team. Added CRM, new accounting and reporting procedures (QuickBooks), upgraded field tools (laptops, phones). Streamlined presentation and collateral materials. Built website to create leads and customer satisfaction with primary product, the in-room hotel book.
