Lead Content DeveloperFollowing my promotion, my duties expanded to include:• Interview subject matter experts to determine gaps in employee knowledge and develop recommendations for learning solutions.• Identify ways to improve course templates, existing courses and job aids.• Coach team members through each stage of the development cycle, including acquisition interviews, storyboarding, course development, quality assurance testing, and delivery.Content Developer• Write, edit and proof employee training programs for a diverse portfolio of clients.• Interview subject matter experts to gather and implement feedback from client throughout the development process.• Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sign-off at each stage of the development cycle.• Develop employee training from conception through delivery and post-pilot revisions. Training subjects have ranged from sales and customer service to financial compliance and industrial process.• Coordinate production aspects of development; book voice and video talent, manage third-party animation vendors; use eLearning software to develop final course.
