More than a decade of policy and political experience. With one foot inside the Nebraska Legislature and one foot outside managing candidate and issue campaigns through my own business, I have developed skills that directly and indirectly impact public policy at the local and state levels. Working within the nation's only unicameral legislature, I have had the privilege to work for four state senators, assisting them in enacting their policy agendas. I am especially proud to have worked on legislation to strengthen car seat laws for children under the age of 8 years, added screening of four additional rare diseases to the newborn screening panel, and the creation of a liaison for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People. As a campaign consultant, I managed more than 25 campaigns, helping to elect individuals to a broad range of offices at the state and local levels. Additionally, I have led two successful ballot initiatives and assisted in a third that went on to win on election day.
