Brought on as a consultant to bring the Oracle Upgrade Program on track to complete on time, on budget, with high quality. This was the largest IT Portfolio program at SIC at the time. Impacted stakeholders were all of SIC employees, contractors, and customers.Led a very diverse core team of 60 on shore/off shore (and 300 cross functional non core) developers, quality assurance, data architects, database administrators, and project managers comprising of SIC employees and various 3rd party vendors. Utilized hybrid project management methodology using Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).Presented and worked up through multiple levels of leadership to set priority, secure resources, and remove blockers.Had zero rollbacks for 16 production deployments spanning 20+ hours. Had zero impacts to business with no disruptions to operations. Managed multi-million dollar budget

Led the CDT Disaster Recovery project. Served as a fail over if there were a catastrophic event at the CDT master production site that housed all Commerce, Sport, Brand, BI, and Foundation data and applications. Presented and worked up through multiple levels of leadership to set priority, secure resources, and remove blockers. Drove integrations track for the largest data center migration in Nike’s history. Highest risk track on the highest visibility/priority project in CDT. Led cross organization/cross functional team of 150 people, across multiple levels from executives to developers, to complete on time with no production cutover issues/impact to Nike customers.. Led various high impact security initiatives required for protecting consumer data and consumer experiences. Defined and implemented approaches, processes, and worked across multiple levels across multiple organizations and functions to drive completion. Brought in to bring the first implementation of the Hadoop foundational big data platform and tool set back on schedule. Successfully drove project to completion on aggressive re-baselined schedule while coming in under budget. Built ICP (Integrated Communication Platform) team and capability from ground up. Reduced technical debt by consolidating disparate systems while providing one central location for all outgoing consumer communications. At any given time managed anywhere from 5 to 10 different tracks of work. Obtained Certified Scrum Master certification and successfully transitioned ICP team from Waterfall to Agile. Filled role as interim Product Owner and BSA where needed to keep the Integrated Communication Platform project on track.

Managed projects for various initiatives at Energy Trust (ETO) including, but not limited to: the implementation of the SAP Business Intelligence platform, Utility Usage data storage and reporting, Great Plains Upgrade, and the deployment of MS CRM Dynamics.
