Current- Analyzed and interpreted TGLN donation clinical statistics to assist performance evaluation on Ontario Organ/Tissue donation network and support decision making such as identifying root causes of performance bottlenecks, data modelling for performance projections and presentations.- Provided appropriate data elements from ITX/OATS using SQL and Tableau with statistical performance to interpreted findings, supporting discussions and preparation of written reports for TGLN management team and Senior Executives, as well as external stakeholders such as CBS, MOH.- Worked closely with ITX/OAS database to ensure that all clinical data that is required for reporting on organ and tissue donation and transplantation is captured, collected, and correctly loaded into data warehouse. Monitor Share point reports to assist external hospital development staff to execute hospital performance reports. - Participated on approved research projects, such as death determination using Apnea, donation case length time analysis. Identify clinical activity caveats and propose improving step from data collection perspective, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure a suitable practice.
