1. Run queries to see which students are up for annual or re-evaluation of IEP's. 2. Start the process for students who are being referred for services.3. Coordinate the schedules of roughly 20 teachers, school psychologist, and parents to be able to meet and discuss the child's needs. 4. Make all the appointments and send out required paperwork. 5. Track the process of each child as the team evaluates the needs. 6. Upload all testing protocols and paperwork to On base or to Synergy.7. Help the Title one specialist with different needs for the children, parents and teachers. 8. Helping to keep the school state compliant in both areas.

I manage all the operations at Clement Air. I create and distribute estimates, invoices, and warranties. I organize the jobs by calling in for parts, equipment, sheet metal, cranes. I also deal directly with my customers on when the project will start and be completed. I schedule my technicians for their jobs and work hard to decrease costs by organizing jobs in an efficient manner. I complete all paperwork after a job and collect payments. I also handle payroll, taxes, billing and paying of bills.

I collect the orders of designs that people choose and prepare them to be printed. After they are printed I prepare them for class, by pulling and taping the stencil. When It is class time, I teach the group how to prepare their boards with distressing, sanding and staining their boards. Then I help them apply the stencil and paint it. I have a 99 percent satisfaction rate. I also love to paint boards myself and have done over 60.
