In a business operations role, Apryl became an expert in developing and implementing high-concept ideas, including capacity planning, forecasting, and process design, with the goal of building infrastructures that would help businesses grow and thrive rapidly. With her additional analyst experience, Apryl is also adept at pricing, negotiating, and understanding market trends.When she transitioned into real estate with her talents and curiosity in tow, she joined her real estate developer father, Dan Stephenson, who was instrumental in transforming Temecula, California, into what it is today. Underwhelmed by the use of tech-supported business operations in the real estate industry, Apryl is determined to use her own tech-savvy to offer her clients a much more dynamic experience. Originally from Murrieta, Apryl returned to her hometown to grow her real estate career in the place her father built his success. She’s drawn to the many luxury opportunities in the Murrieta and Temecula area, but her passion for connecting with and serving the community she grew up in leads her to work with all types of clients.
