While managing the team we delivered:- Solution for user authentication with single sign on (replace Kerberos) to ensure thousands of systems work when network was partitioned- Solution for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enable Amazon developers to access production hosts securely - Owned the system to manage host permissions and access for all Amazon infrastructureI also managed the team to enable Amazon's ecommerce platform to grow into new countries and marketplaces.- Managed delivery to enable Amazon’s platform to deploy and setup new countries and marketplaces quicker and with less developer resources (reduction of effort required by over 95%)- Built requirements and spec for underlying framework and SDK to enable partner teams to easily generate interfaces for automation- Partnered with Principal Engineers across Amazon to secure adoption for each organization- Built dynamic configuration store to manage new Amazon data type definitions and rules for specific Amazon marketplaces.- System supported reads under 30ms with global consistency model that reflected a customer defined schema

I was the Technical Product Program manager responsible for incubation and delivery of 1st generation web services for Amazon’s core platform.- Built requirements and spec for web service to manage Amazon’s core eCommerce platform- Support customers as they migrate from internal APIs to web service model - Managed development team to support tools for Amazon’s Availability program - Delivered report aggregation system to gather Amazon’s fatals and associate them to modules that comprise the Amazon website platform.- Delivered 1st Amazon-wide test on demand (TOD) aggregation system. This is was the first system Amazon had to measure software quality across the company. It was the also one of the first and largest customers of Amazon’s Simple Queue Service. At peak it generated 50k request per minute for test reporting
