Project manager for several retail, commercial, and restaurant projects for both regional and national companies. Projects include adaptive reuse of existing buildings in urban areas, tenant improvements, and new standalone projects. As a full service architect, I assist our clients through the process from initial feasibility studies and budgeting, to site investigation, initial design concept, design development and construction documents, bidding, and Construction Administration.

Duties include project design and job captain/ project architect duties during the construction documents phase. I work with the architect of record to generate project scope and initial proposals, meet with clients to initiate initial schematic design, and follow through with design development, construction documents, and construction administration. I also act as a "floor mentor" assisting younger staff members with experienced based questions and assist them in developing their individual skills.
