Rev.io provides configurable billing, customer management and automation software to communications service providers. Our modern cloud-based software delivers the industry’s most complete quote-to-cash experience, enabling our clients to grow their revenue efficiently. In this position, I manage a team of individuals that are accountable for the effective development and delivery of training to external clients on Rev.io PSA products. We develop training materials, implementation programs and strategies so that customers may interface and establish a comfort level with all that Rev.io has to offer. I am responsible for a team of training specialists involved in Rev.io PSA's training program. This program includes 1:1 implementation guidance for new clients and online learning through self-service courses and live webinars on the Rev.io PSA Academy, a learning management system free for all active Rev.io PSA customers. I am a technical expert of Rev.io PSA. As such, I ensure that my team communicates technical and nontechnical information by implementing adult learning methodology and instructional design strategies in the training, development, and delivery of our training products. I stay abreast of current industry trends and of technical enhancements made to Rev.io PSA's suite of products and ensure my team incorporates those enhancements into each of our training courses. Since I believe understanding how to use the software you've invested in is key to achieving your goals, I promote the training program to all our clients.

Implementing Tigerpaw Business Suite is the first step in a customer’s journey toward utilizing a powerful business solution. Since there are many steps in this process, it is vital that someone from Tigerpaw be available to guide and direct the customer. I am this person, I am responsible for getting clients up and running and training them on the software Tigerpaw provides.

While employed with Digital Defense Group, a small technology startup in Omaha, NE, I was concerned with all things marketing, this included creating and maintaining content for the company website, including graphics, photos, products, sales material, and investor material. This led me to be the project manager for a company website redesign. I also developed and maintained a marketing plan and organized all marketing and sales materials into a virtual library. I was furthermore responsible for all preliminary planning and booth management at ASIS, a security tradeshow in which we participated. Additionally, I also supported the sales team by mining data for sales opportunities and aiding in preparation for sales calls and demos.
