-Collect and verify requirements from all departments and stakeholders.-Build detailed scope and project plan in coordination with SME’s.-Providing support function to all project management units (SOP’s-Templates-Checklists & Procedures) throughout Project lifecycle. -Developing, Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.-Coordination between the consultant, contractor and the owner to understand all the issuesand seek for resolution.-Reviewing invoices and following payment cycle and communicating with different partiesresponsible for its approval.-Preparing all requirements documentation to confirm and communicate the work orders tothe contractor/consultant.-Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.-Preparing professional classification for the project data for further analysis.-Insures data quality and accuracy by comparing the contractor and consultant data.-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
