Responsible for all the buying, planning, customer experience strategy, process improvements and over 75 vendor account relationships for eight non-logo categories in two bookstores and three gift shops. Identified two categories that were underrepresented in the store and trending in the marketplace, securing 13k in incremental sales in skincare and cosmetics.
