Front-end developer for ArcGIS for Developers, a product site that provides ArcGIS developer web applications and tools, houses SDK and API downloads and documentation, and provides education and resources for geospatial application developers. I developed and managed OCT's school programs, including field trip performances, in-school residencies, and professional development workshops for teachers. These programs serve over 55,000 K-8 students in Oregon and SW Washington each year. Piloted Young Playwrights for Change, a playwriting competition for middle school students now in its 4th year. Participating students submit plays about social change, and finalists are mentored by professional playwrights and have their plays performed in downtown Portland. Expanded program to offer free in-school playwriting workshops for Title I school partners.Designed and wrote digital curriculum resources for teachers, planned enrichment events for teachers such as performance previews, backstage tours, and author talks, coordinated school marketing and communications materials, and collected assessment data.Coordinated Ticket to Read, a new initiative that provides low-income schools with free theater tickets and books for students to keep and take home. When I left OCT, this program was on track to serve over 4000 students in its first year.

Managed weekend and school field trip ticketing, including front-line customer service, box office policies and procedures, accounts receivable, subscriber acquisition, outreach, and discounts and promotions. I also assisted with database implementation, reporting, and maintenance, and helped develop best practices for OCT staff using the software.

Front-line museum customer service, including museum admission ticket sales, and ushering for planetarium and IMAX theater facilities. Greeted and answered questions, assisted with planetarium presentations, and gave informational presentations to thousands of visitors each day. Helped brainstorm and implement creative solutions for crowd control and visitor satisfaction during Body Worlds, OMSI's sold-out special exhibit.
