I am group product manager for ArcGIS Enterprise and several related features within ArcGIS including Parcel Fabric, Utility Network, and other advanced editing.ArcGIS Enterprise allows everyone from small local governments, large utilities, and multi-national commercial entities - and everyone in between - to leverage the power of geographic data and spatial analysis to optimize and improve their understanding of the world.ArcGIS Enterprise is Esri's product for deploying the ArcGIS system in your own infrastructure whether in the cloud or on-premises. ArcGIS Enterprise runs as cloud native software on Kubernetes and as traditional software on top of Windows and Linux. It fully supports cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and others.I have been leading the product management team for ArcGIS Enterprise since 2015 where we work with a broad set of internal stakeholders and external customers to gather feedback for product improvements and new features. With my strong technical background I work closely with the development team to translate that feedback into vision, priorities, and directly actionable tasks. I further lead product management efforts within several specific functional areas in the ArcGIS Enterprise product including cloud capabilities, enterprise security features, business systems integration, and much more. This includes taking a close interest in helping articulate and promote best practices around system architecture.

I was a software developer, architect, and GIS consultant in the Implementation Services department under the Professional Services division at Esri.My work included functioning as a technical lead for small teams, architectural design work, teaching custom workshops, and software development. Major projects included engagements with General Motors, UPS' Project ORION, and several others.I worked with a wide variety of Esri technologies ranging from ArcGIS Server (backend, iOS, Silverlight), as well as geoprocessing using Python on both ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server, all the way to ArcObjects applications based on ArcEngine (C#, Java). As part of these projects I often incorporated Network Analyst and other ArcGIS extensions. I worked with the full stack including designing and setting up geodatabases through defining and publishing services and consuming those services and all the administration in between. Programming languages and development tools ranged from C# (Visual Studio 2005 - 2013), Java (Eclipse), and Python 2.x with a dominant focus on Microsoft technologies and Python.My custom training classes and workshops have been used internally, for commercial clients, and for international Esri distributors. I taught workshops on the following topics:* ArcGIS Silverlight API* Geoprocessing with Python* ArcGIS Engine (ArcObjects)* ArcGIS Server .NET Web ADFI taught these workshops in both the U.S. and various international locales (Colombia, Sweden, Thailand, Lebanon, Hong Kong, and Qatar).

Development of intranet system to support day-to-day workings of research and analysis companies with a primary focus on sister company Catinét A/S. Stationed in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from August 2004 - August 2005 as senior developer in Vietnamese development branch.
