Her work has spanned cities in the West Coast, New England, and Southern US with additional experiences in England and the Middle East. Including private master plans for high profile technology corporations, design guidelines for university campuses, regulatory analysis and illustrations for several historic waterfronts, language crafted to reduce regulatory barriers to smart growth in metropolitan cities, and urban design alternatives for TOD projects along the nation’s only high-speed rail corridor.Rae holds a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning and a Masters degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she was awarded the Robert R.
