Leading the global DEI vertical at Serein, a tech platform pioneering in data-driven approach to address diversity and inclusion at the workplace, with 450+ long-term partnerships across 30 countries. My role is to manage the DEI team and lead research on different aspects of creating inclusive workplace cultures. I also work on client procurement, marketing, content development, and program facilitation on wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity. I'm a published researcher with Masters degrees in Applied Psychology and Criminology. I have experience spanning across India and Australia in developing and facilitating intervention programs focused on domestic violence awareness, Diversity & Inclusion, mental health and wellbeing. Previously with White Swan Foundation for Mental Health as a content creator leading the English portal team.
