Current• Build new templates and make sure it is published on the right domain that is bought for the client.• Handling of complex templates and make sure the quality is maintained when it is sent to the client.• First to get the training from the client of new processes and make sure it is being taught to the whole team and taking up initiatives to make sure the process is running smooth.• Assigning of work to team members which are around 20 and make sure everyone are doing the right kind of job.• Coordinating between day and night shifts and effectively transmitting the message that has to be passed on between shifts.• Communicating with the client and making sure we are on the same line as how the process is going through.• Communicating with the client and making sure we are on the same line as how the process is going through.• Taking care of any escalations that comes through and attending them on time.• Training of freshers or new comers to the job that is in hand and transferring the knowledge that is needed to go through the job quickly.• Analyzing the errors that is reported from the client which is being done by the team and making sure to correct them and as well giving the client a clear message of how it happened and assuring them of proper actions that needs to be taken to sort it out.• Quality assurance is maintained by checking all the work that will be completed by team members and sending it to the client.
