• Working with the onshore Portfolio Delivery Lead (PDL) and the Business Analysts to understand and prioritize key business requirements, convert them to technical requirements, furnish detailed estimates and creating a project plan to track overall delivery.• Highlighting risks and issues to the onshore PDL at regular intervals and deriving the corrective action/preventive action to mitigate the same.• Setting up the Agile framework in conjunction with onshore agile coaches to identify suitable projects in the program that adapt to Agile principles.• Conceptualization of operating model to carry out application development, application maintenance and support activities for the client and putting in place an efficient operating rhythm to manage client expectations by having regular connects with them to cover off key highlights, issues and hotspots.• Working with the onshore Delivery Managers to understand and prioritize key business requirements, convert them to technical requirements, furnish detailed estimates for both AD/AM projects and incorporating Scrum Agile framework to address the reporting needs of the bank’s different lines of business (Business Banking, Personal Banking, Wealth, Finance & Risk, etc)• Monitor and review the key metrics/performance indicators for the Application Development and Maintenance projects and troubleshooting for any deviations• Financial analysis to determine impact to profitability targets due to movements within the team, assisting in invoice file preparation, tracking deviation in any project financial metrics and ensuring that the team has the right pyramid structure aligned to organizational needs.

• Building a new finance subject area as part of the BPA(Business Performance Analytics) project to report on the metrics across all the needed dimensions - Campaign, Responses, Leads, Opportunity, Quotes, Order, Entitlement, Asset and Booking mix and to create the additional dimensional attributes across which the metrics need to be analyzed.• Working on enhancements to the existing data warehouse in the form of Change Requests (CRs) to provide additional functionality to McAfee‘s business groups viz. Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support, who are the major users of DW and BI reports.• Design and development of ETL components as part of the Comprehensive Care-Patient Centered Foundational project for automating manual processes currently in place in a scalable way and to achieve payment innovation so that the existing business processes will be supported in all WellPoint markets through a new reimbursement methodology that could include a mix of shared risk and savings where the health care provider is held accountable for the delivery and quality of services for all regions
