OPTO ELECTRONICS FACTORY (OLF) is under the ministry of defence. It is totally dealing with the production as well as maintenance of the site devices used in INDIAN ARMY TANKS .There are various electronics circuits which used in these site devices. Basically electronics parts of these site devices are for the accuracy in the target from a particular points and also many more.-There I learn the uses of laser beams, how laser beam can generate and how can it be used in the measuring of the distance of a particular path with the help of pulse counter .- Designing of PCB with the help of software.- Proper importing of semiconductor electronics devices like- diode, capacitor, LED etc.- Soldering on a PCB board.- Assembling of the electronics parts.- PROJECT UNDER INTERNSHIP : "LASER RANGE FINDER"- Device is use to measure a distance between a path from a point to a particular target with the help of laser beam and different electronics equipment.- The principle of Laser Range Finder is based on the method of photo/light detection and ranging.- Determination of range is done through measuring the time interval for which light impulse passes the path from sight to target and back.- Main parts of LRF – Optical quantum generator (Laser), Photo receiving device, Time internal measure. Responsibilities- Upgrade myself in Newer Technologies.- Assist in design the circuit as per the required logic.- Learnt about the concept of Laser beam generation.- Proper soldering of electronics devices on pcb board.- Pcb designing using software.- Assembling electronics parts.
