My responsibilities include new features implementation; improve application architecture to be flexible for future changes and to resolve issues reported by clients. This application is developed in ASP.NET with SQL Server at the backend.FourQuants.com & FinanceTrainingCourse.com:It is an elearning portal for finance professionals. I am managing all technical aspects of the site. The site is hosted on Amazon Elastic Cloud and utilizing Amazon Storage Services and Amazon CloundFront. I have also actively involved in optimizing site performance as well as improving the user experience based on the feedback. I have managed a team of 5 persons including a graphics designer, 2 SEO specialists and 2 developers.Online Branding Technology Strategist:I am online branding strategist for these websites. Being a first member of the team I have been looking over all aspects of these sites. From landing page optimization to increase conversions, I have been actively involved in all marketing as well as technical side of these sites. On Social Media side I have managed a team of 5 persons doing SEM, SEO, SMM, landing page optimization, bounce rate reduction and increasing sale.I have done research and studying competition for these sites. So I suggested the idea of having an iBook to make our presence in the competition. I have also suggested many features while developing iPhone and Android app for FourQuants. Our iBook also featured under New and Noteworthy section of App Store.

Bismillah Email Service:Bismilllah.com is a unique email service. Users can have an email address like YourName@Bismillah.com. I was the first member of the team. From the technology selection, software development, web hosting to marketing, I had been actively involved in all phases of the product. The product uses Amazon Web Services. I had also managed a team of other two senior resources in the project. - Bismillah StoreBismillah Store was an e-commerce website for Muslims. It was developed in Magento (Open-source e-commerce solution). - Easy Card Reader (iPhone App)Easy Card Reader scans business card images and save extracted information to user’s contact list. I have worked on business card detection module along with the website’s UI and marketing strategy. Xcode and Matlab is used in this R&D project.- Bismillah.com (iPhone App)Bismillah.com is a Namaz timings and Qibla direction finder iPhone application. I have worked on the algorithms of finings Namaz timings and Qibla direction based on latitude and longitude of the iPhone user.Online Branding Technology Strategist:I was also the online branding strategist for this website. We had more than 150 thousand users in 6 months. More than half a millions emails were exchanged monthly.

The application had three modules consisting of payroll, medical and leaves.

This project started as my hobby and interest in social media. NixieLife was a video and photo sharing portal having some other unique and interesting features. From the idea to its implementation and from documentation to marketing, I had been actively working for NixieLife. - Automation of Microsoft Office Documents as a Data Entry Forms (MS Word, EXCEL and InfoPath) - SharePoint Services and Smart Attachments (for data forms emails etc)Enhanced and managed the automation of uploading, downloading, modification and data transfer of the Microsoft Office documents to the Microsoft SharePoint Server.- ULTIMUS Standard Forms (DotNet Forms)Managed the Client end of ULTIMUS forms called Form Control Object (FCO). Data transfer between the client and the server end, custom .Net/Infragistics controls (textbox, data grid, calendar controls etc).- FLOBOTS (Data flow robots)FLOBOTS actions are based on the training of the user. Managed the modules for Word, Excel, OUTLOOK, EMAIL, DATABASE, SHAREPOINT, .NET, WEBSERVICE, XML and ASCI FLOBOTS.- FORMAT CONVERTERA module is developed for all ULTIMUS Data Entry forms (Standard, WORD, Excel etc) that will convert currency, date, time, percentage etc according to the system locale at client end.- Themes for Infragistics Controls.Also worked on the themes for the Infragistics controls that are also used in ULTIMUS Standard Forms

- Implementation of H.264 / AVC:H.264/AVC is a state of art video coding standard. I have written code for the core compression in C. During this project I worked on DCT transformation, Intra Prediction, Quantization and Variable Length Coding modules.
