As a consultant working for Skill development program management on behalf of RSLDC and coordinating the program of skill between RSLDC ,Training Partner and District Team deployed across 33 districts in Rajasthan.

Currently associated with Abhijeet Group of Company & looking after the CSR work at Rajasthan & M.P.1. Leading & facilitating implementation of community activities in project area in consonance with company policy2. Implement CSR system at site including stakeholders’ analysis, collection of baseline data & rapport building3. Liasioning work with landowner, officials of revenue and administration department at block and district level4. Implementation of company activities as well as channelizing government programs in project areas5. Team management

1. Act as a leader in project planning and implementation.2. Coordinating with Govt. and Non-Govt. Agencies.3. Channelizing government resources in operational villages.4. Analysing impact assessment of the ongoing developmental projects.5. Preparing MIS of CSR ongoing practices; planning related to upcoming demands as well as the need of people.6. Liasioning with land owners for selling of land land through rapport building and enabling environment.

Integrated Nutrition and Health Project (INHP) aims to significantly improve the quality and coverage of maternal and child health services and key systems (ICDS & RCH), as well to sustain activities for improved maternal and child health survival. INHP deploys the following strategies: innovation and demonstration for behavior change through NGO partnerships; replication of best practices through government partnership and capacity building; strategic alliances for organizational learning and advocacy; promotion of gender equity; synergy with other projects. 1. Assessment & selection of NGO partners, management of partnership with 2 NGOs. 2. Strengthened Govt System of Health, ICDS & PRIs, improved service delivery, coverage & outreach through promoting functional convergence. 3.Support ICDS in programming of supplementary nutrition & managing food supply at district level.4. Capacity building & training to Govt functionaries, NGOs & Community Based Organizations. 5. Designing & executing behaviour change strategies promoting healthy behaviours and practices. 6. Liasion & collaboration with Govt & Non Govt agencies at district level. 7. Alliance building at district level and represent CARE at the district level government forums, forums of international and national agencies.
