I had a versatile role which allowed me to explore all the areas of work done at various levels in the NGO dealing with intellectually challenged adults. I did all kind of documentation which included writing annual reports, donor proposals, maintaining relationships with the stakeholders and handling orders for the products made by the adults and handling volunteers. My role allowed me to do fundraising for underprivileged adults, coordinate with CSR groups for funds and take corporate orders. I was also involved in the administration role, social media and website handling in the organization.
