I have a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Dublin City University, where I am learning advanced techniques and tools for data-driven decision-making.Previously, I worked as an Operations Associate at Citi, where I applied my data analytics skills to design, document, and model business processes for various projects. I contributed to the improvement of operational efficiency, quality, and compliance, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Before that, I supported the sales and marketing efforts for the online education platform BYJU'S as a Business Development Associate.I am passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems and create value for customers and businesses.
