- Led multiple manufacturing cost out projects at the Turkish Engine Industry, which is the supplier of GE Aviation, by coordinating project members, defining scheduling and risk of the projects and conducting the resource management activities. Worked with design in order to follow the design changes for easier manufacturing and coordinate the outputs with sourcing responsible. - Execute projects to prevent or decrease rework and nonconformance on jet engine part. Performed technical review of quality improvements at Avio Aero in Italy. This project is rewarded at the Engineering Recognition Day at USA.- GE Aviation representative and Secretary of the NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Conventional Machining Task Group- Provided technical guidance for development and qualification of the special processes to the GE Aviation suppliers.- Visited and worked with worldwide GE Aviation suppliers to support them about manufacturing and quality problems. - Performed manufacturability analyses of engine parts for production readiness.- Manufacturing Optimization Projects: Worked on projects to decrease machining time of engine parts manufactured by GE Aviation suppliers. - Worked on lean manufacturing techniques using six sigma methods in the Lean Events in GE Wilmington US, GE Hamble UK, TEI Eskisehir Turkey.- Special Process Auditor: Conducting Audits in worldwide GE Aviation suppliers according to GE machining specification in order to certify the supplier for the process.
