This project is rewarded at the Engineering Recognition Day at USA.- GE Aviation representative and Secretary of the NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Conventional Machining Task Group- Provided technical guidance for development and qualification of the special processes to the GE Aviation suppliers.- Visited and worked with worldwide GE Aviation suppliers to support them about manufacturing and quality problems. - Performed manufacturability analyses of engine parts for production readiness.- Manufacturing Optimization Projects: Worked on projects to decrease machining time of engine parts manufactured by GE Aviation suppliers. - Worked on lean manufacturing techniques using six sigma methods in the Lean Events in GE Wilmington US, GE Hamble UK, TEI Eskisehir Turkey.- Special Process Auditor: Conducting Audits in worldwide GE Aviation suppliers according to GE machining specification in order to certify the supplier for the process.
