• Managing international logistics operations including customer relations, warehouse management in France, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Turkey• Aiming %100 Success Rate in Logistics Performance• Preparing weekly and monthly production planning according to the short term, mid-term and long-term forecast received from the customers in terms of the capacity of man power, tooling and machine• Definition of optimum stock level and managing the shipments between plant-external warehousescustomers under the consideration of lead times• Expat experience in Lyon cross dock for 4 months

Objectives/ Responsibilities• Supervision and support of development of the operations in 12 branches/Local Committees in Turkey. • Evaluation and recommendations for improvement of sales and account management activities to almost 200 AIESEC Members • Developing new partnerships with 110 AIESEC Country Directors. • Quantitative and qualitative reporting on success of the programme and measuring development impact.• Managing a budget of 800.000 Euro• Leading the AIESEC in Turkey Business Development team towards higher performance, delivery evolution and excellence. This includes team planning, goal setting, performance analysis, tracking, evaluation, and reporting, among others.Achievements• Met with 56 AIESEC Country directors directly and gained partnership.• All volunteers reported increased confidence, having gained skills to help them find future employment.• 30% of quantitative growth on Global Internship Program now more likely to get involved in other markets in Turkey. • %91 of incoming interns to Turkey are satisfied in the experienced of AIESEC Global Internship Program.• Gained 6 new AIESEC country partnership within my term.

Objectives/Responsibilities• Stakeholder liaison (Partners and Services).• Business to Business and Business to Customer segmented sales.• Administration of programme, leading 14 AIESEC members (performance tracking / coaching / accreditation/ awarding)• Promotion of Global Internship Programme including advertising, presentations and workshops, Business to Business.• Coordinating engagement and presence of partners at events on local level. • Creating portfolio of national/foreign capital companies in order to engaging them into AIESEC Global Internship Programme.Achievements• Allocation a total of over 50 International Young Professionals towards 32 different local companies in Bursa.• Gained 17 new company accounts• 46% of growth gained on efficiency sales.• 89% of G.I.P. international young professional were satisfied after their experience.
