Ltd. - NFE Offshore Jacket Project.Fabrication of 8 jackets with drill decks, piles & conductors with total cumulative weight up to 28000MT.- Studying preferred methods of erecting / assembling structures and performing analysis.- Establishing erection sequence, designing all erection aids, producing heavy lift, transport and load out procedures for the project.- Discuss procedures and calculations with client's representative and Marine Warranty Surveyor on site as necessary.- Provide design calculations and/or drawings for yard facilities.

Construction Engineering

Fabrication of 14 jackets, SFNY, MRJN, ZULF, BRRI, ARBI for Saudi Aramco with total cumulative weight 22000 MT within 9 months.- Studying preferred methods of erecting / assembling structures and performing analysis.- Establishing erection sequence, designing all erection aids, producing heavy lift and load out procedures for the project.- Discuss procedures and calculations with client's representative and Marine Warranty Surveyor on site as necessary.- Provide design calculations and/or drawings for yard facilities.

Yamal LNG Project PAU Train 1 (114-PAU-012, 114-PAU-022, 111-PAU-003 & 111-PAM-004)A fast track project to fabricate 3 LNG compressor modules @2400MT within 6 months.Grillage & Seafastening Fabrication and Installation, Coordinator for Weighing Operations,Coordinator for Load out Operations,Prepare Weighing Procedures,Prepare Lifting & Load out Procedures,Liaise with SPMT subcontractor and Marine Warranty Surveyor.

Duties and Responsibilities :• Project management, to ensure all the jobs are suitably planned and managed considering deadlines, technical content, financial budget and other commitments, to include project reporting and writing technical for bid proposal.• Project administration, to keep records and information related to the project so that the results and technical information can be accessible for future use.• Marine Warranty Survey for load out, transportation and installation of platform, included condition and suitability survey of vessel.• Offshore engineering studies, included mooring analysis, jack up analysis, launching & upending analysis.• Naval architecture studies, included bollard pull calculation, transportation studies and hydrostatic & hydrodynamic studies.• Structural engineering studies, included tie down and sea fastening analysis, local barge strength check• Support services in relation to load-out, transportation and installation analysis of platform.
