1. Develop, review, mark-up, and finalize process engineering drawing including BFD, PFD, UFD, MSD and P&ID based on project specifications and client’s comment.2. Perform process simulation using process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Unisim, ProMax, Pipesim, and Flarenet.3. Assess equipment sizing such as line sizing, tank and vessel, pump, compressor, heat exchanger, column, etc and estimate demand calculation related to package unit including demineralized water, potable water, fuel gas system, compressed air system, chemical injection, flare package, steam generation, AGRU, SWS, HMU, etc based on international standard and project specification.4. Review and check vendor documents (package, static, and rotating equipment) including process calculation and drawing (P&ID and GA Drawing).5. Prepare process report documents covering process basis of design, process design criteria, vent & relief philosophy, drainage philosophy, emergency shutdown philosophy, etc.6. Involve in HAZOP and HAZID study by identifying potential hazards, possible consequences resulting from the hazard, and also examining safeguards to develop recommendations.7. Prepare and identify Process Data Sheet (PDS) related to process equipment and package according to international standard and client specification.Project involved:1. First Resources Ltd - FEED of Bio Refinery Project - Capacity: 6000 BPSD of HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), and Bio-Naphtha.2. Pertamina EP - EPC Construction of Akasia Bagus (ABG) Stage-1 Gathering Station - Capacity: 9000 BOPD of oil and 22 MMSCFD of associated gas.3. PT. Polytama Propindo - Dual FEED Competition of Polypropylene Plant Balongan (PPB) Project - Capacity: 300.000 TPA of Polypropylene.

Performed well architecture optimization for Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) from 3 sections to 2 sections of directional drilling operations (using gravel pack & tubingless completion) in terms of PPFG prediction (kick margin) and casing load, expected to save drilling duration up to 5 days and resulted in $3 million of cost saving.2. Reorganized PHI drilling guideline documents so that all drilling activities within PHI subsidiaries (PHM, PHKT, & PHSS) are aligned with drilling guidelines from Pertamina Upstream Development Way by working together with project engineering, production, planning, and G&G team.Key Achievement(s):Rewarded with excellent achievement from mentor and the proposed engineering calculation and PHI drilling guideline are used as recommendations.

2 months Internship Program at Total E&P Indonesie, assigned to Field Operation/ Mahakam South Asset/ Method (FO/MSA/MTH) Department in Balikpapan and Senipah, Kalimantan Timur.Key Responsibilities: 1. Developed feasibility study to put LEX Compressor (Low-Low Pressure) in FGRU package on stand-by mode since LEX Compressor experiences frequent shutdown due to lack of feed gas availability by doing engineering calculation and simulation using Aspen HYSYS based on several possibilities from PFD, P&ID, and PRODEM V8.2. Analyzed economic study for anti – surge opening of LEX compressor in FGRU package by doing engineering calculation on HP - LP flare and fuel consumption of LEX compressor.3. Field exposure: Assigned to Peciko SWP-E Offshore Platform and introduced to gas processing from wellhead, gas processing at offshore platform, and gas pipeline from platform to the processing area at ORF (Onshore Receiving Facilities) with processing capacity up to 1200 MMSCFD of natural gas.Key Achievements:Awarded with outstanding predicate from internship mentors as well as the department manager & the project given was used as recommendations for engineering solution on site.
