ResponsibilitiesIndividual contributor on the design of high power, high efficiency SMPS for server, storage and network applications. Focal interface of the product development from customer, vendor and ODM’s for project execution, support and initiatives. Provide market intelligence study for the SMPS roadmap and implementation of new design concepts.

ResposibilitiesKey Role includes generating and defining new guidelines that support internal development and testing strategies which are much more coverage as aligned with the Intel defined guidelines thru Intel CRB. Main interface with customer during concept and development process in implementing design requirements for power domain. Mentorship of power team members for efficient execution of design deliverables. Conduct department budgeting and resource management to balance task execution.

Individual contributor and responsible for the design and concept of power management solutions for IBM Power server applications. This includes selection and design of VRD/VRM solutions, AEM design, conducting testing and evaluation of design. Provide technical leadership in the development of a custom server AC/DC PSU based on the system requirements in alignment with the concept of the IBM Power Council.

Responsibilities:Delivered a role of a design team leader for DT6 who developed and delivered the Dell 12G PSU design for Dell Server system application. Management and technical leadership of design team, project schedule and project deliverables from concept to mass production are key roles for this position. Responsibilities: Delivered a role of Principal and Platform Lead for the development of the LCD TV and consumer products. Generated power architectural concepts for frontend (AC/DC) as well as the backend system power (DC/DC) design. Have worked and have managed 4 engineers from the power engineering department.

Responsibilities: Main technical interface for our customers and our headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands with regards to development and support of the SMPS design used in the LCD TV and consumer products. Headed the technical team in the resident office in Singapore and doing work collaboration with our design engineers in Eindhoven.

Responsibilities: Individual contributor in the design and testing of the system DC power (DC/DC) that support the power requirement for network switch device and telecom equipment and its other peripherals. Generate PSU specification based on the system power requirement and lead the technical engagement for the delivery of such solution. Responsibilities: Individual contributor in the design of mid to high power custom SMPS used in network switch device and telecom applications. Contribution covers development activities from concept, design until mass production. Initiate, liase and drive compliance testing for product certification of the SMPS products.

Responsibilities: Actively involved in the power development of SMPS used for desktop, mobile charger and adapter applications. Main contributor on the new topology used from proof of concept until design implementation. Support engineering build in China factory addressing all technical issues for smooth execution of large quantity of sample build.
