Recruited by Capgemini (erstwhile IGATE), on Campus placement. I was trained in Core Java Development as a fresher. I worked on Pseudo Live Projects including a library management system.Post training,the project allocated involved writing UNIX scripts for File Processing. Further I was recognised for my communication and interpersonal skills, hence i was alloacted as a PMO for a US based project. I managed a Production Emergency Response Team, conducted internal audits, managed resource utilization, centralised document repositories on SharePoint ,monitored operational compliance within the department among other responsibilities. Thereafter I started working as Business Analyst in the same project .
