• Design, Develop and implement the first public service app “Start to Finish (S2F) Service Tracker for Fiji government through UNDP and a2i.
• Design, Develop and publish the “Digital Service Roadmap 2021” for all 51 ministries and 393 organizations of Bangladesh government from a2i and handed over to ICT ministry.
• Participate and contribute in preparing the “Digital Bangladesh Masterplan” project by ICT division supported by KOICA.
• Project coordination of “Ek-Pay”, a digital payment integration platform for utility payments of the government.

- Governance of the IT Managed Service Operation for Grameenphone- IS/IT Partner Relationship Management and enhance engagement activities.- Ensure Grameenphone’s interest and maximize benefits from the Telenor Group initiated projects specifically in IT transformation area (shared service center, ITIL implementation, SW/License management & IT cost.

- Engaged in developing the target IS/IT Operating Model in Asia Region for Telenor.- Governance of IS/IT Managed Service Operation for GP - Vendor Management, Contract Management and Bid Evaluation- Competence Development Management of Technology Team of GP

• Radio Access Network Strategy formulation for existing & new access technologies.
• Strategy formulation for license & spectrum issues to secure Grameenphone’s long term business interest.
• Solution benchmarking of RAN products and features of potential vendors in the market.
• Prepare Grameenphone for 3G/HSPA which includes technical solution evaluation, licensing strategy, deployment strategy, forecasting & business case analysis.
• Participate & contribute in Telenor global synergy projects/initiatives.

• Network Dimensioning based on coverage & capacity requirements.
• Perform prediction and create nominal cell plans for new & expansion sites using planning tools.
• Prepare link budgets & provide dual band frequency plan of the network.
• Analyze drive test log files and take corrective action where necessary.
• Continuous analysis of traffic, utilization and subscriber growth in order to foresee capacity expansion.
• Network Tuning to meet design criteria & KPIs.
