I was a work-study web content developer for Continuum Robotics Laboratory at University of Toronto, Mississauga.My responsibilities included website migration, maintainence and development of content to better engage the robotics community at UTM.

As the Director of Community Engagement at WiSC, I work to develop content that enhances the experience of our general members and track outreach and success. I manage various WiSC creative endeavors and spearhead our Discord’s community outreach.

Worked as a work-study assistant to Prof. Diana Valencia at the University of Toronto, Scarbrough’s Department of Physics and Astronomy. My responsibilities included:- Gathering and entering large volumes of data- Using quantitative skills to visualize and analyze data- Create models and demonstrate trends in the data.- Conducting and writing effective and accurate literature reviews.- Assisting in the preparation of journal articles, papers or textbooks.

- Handled over 200 customer queries per day over LiveChat- Aided in customer authentication services- Worked with customer relations team to provide real-time support through Facebook- Managed customer information and queries via Microsoft Excel

- Helped edit daily articles for the Dhaka Tribune’s Op-ed section - Learned and used Adobe Illustrator to compose physical articles for publishing - Helped update and monitor the newspaper’s website - Wrote opinion piece on Women’s Right to Drive in Saudia Arabia
