She was member of a project team (a team of three) and I was leading the project from UPS side. Aretha impressed me during the project with her assertiveness and "can do" attitude. She always took feedback & criticism in a positive way, and improved the output. Besides she is one of these people to whom you do not need to repeat things twice. She would get it all correct at first time! If I had the opportunity, I would have loved to work with this nice and smart lady again - who is also a great team worker. "
