The Institute is a non-governmental, non-profit organization working on urban poverty reduction through economic & social empowerment and health & education promotion.Involved in the analysis framework of national and international Family Planning Projects.Responsible for data analysis through SPSS/ Stata.Focal / Lead for the proposal team-Proposal searching/ writing for AHKRC and sister Institute Research and Development Solutions (RADS). Successfully won grants along the way.Creation of course content for various educational institutes, in collaboration with RADS.

The institute works for poverty alleviation in Pakistan by building the capacity and efficiency of the rural population.Conducted research to understand how developing linkages with NGOs helps marginalized women. Primary research was conducted and women were interviewed over the phone. Recorded data and wrote a report of the results which became part of the institute’s library. The research would further be used by the institute to create a base for further research into discovering ways to alleviate women out of poverty.Effectively communicated my findings to a group of 20 people including fellow interns, guests and the institutes’ workers in the form of PowerPoint and verbal communication.

Undertook a research project with fellow internees which focused on how some minorities may be unfairly depicted in educational resources.Involved in an interview with the team of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan(HEC) to get insights into the systems in place in ensuring ethical writings of course books.Effectively communicated the research finding to a group of 50 people in the form of PowerPoint and verbal communication.
