Working at Ruffin’It Resort over the past three and a half years has granted me the opportunity to hone in on and improve upon many important skills. As an Assistant Hotel Manager I developed a very in depth understanding of the importance of being detail orientated, working as a team and maintaining open lines of communication. The fast pace environment of Daycare has instilled in me the value of prioritizing tasks and the highly active ever-changing atmosphere of Hotel has allowed me to become proficient in multi-tasking. My attention to detail has only been fortified while working at the UW Credit Union. My customer service skills continue to grow daily as I interact with both UW Credit Union members as well as Ruffin’It Resort Clients. The importance of efficiency, accuracy, hard-work, reliability and responsibility are core values of my work ethic.
