- Manage the item onboarding process by placing the initial PO, coordinating with relevant departments, importing accurate data into the Magento backend, and launch items live on site, ensuring superior SEO standards and visual appearance.- Contribute to marketing campaigns by building out new category pages and strategically merchandise product. - Perform data tasks to track the progress and success of each product or category. - Work with the purchasing team to make sure the inventory stays up-to-date with current consumer trends.- Track vendor discounts and invoice for rebates.- Spearhead visual merchandising projects such as search optimization and PLP ranking. Find new ways to feature our product that is the most visually appealing. - Manage the photo team and product photography process.

- Build and maintain the company's website as well as update weekly news postings/blogs.- Design online and print advertisements, such as real estate brochures, restaurant mailers, newsletters, and blog infographics.

As a Lead Consultant I became knowledgeable in all areas of the Center’s business, including print, signs & graphics, global shipping, and constantly delivering a positive customer experience. I was responsible for taking customer orders; coordinating center activities; providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services; producing complex orders; operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes. I performed tasks by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions to colleagues and customers. With leadership direction, the Lead Consultant provides direction to the Center Consultant and solves any escalated customer issues.
