The bulk of my work experience is within the Environmental and Outdoor Education realm. I have worked as a camp counselor for OMSI for 4 seasons, along with assisting with training and site-support in the more recent years. I was hired with THPRD as a preschool teacher for their Nature Kids program, and moved to a Director role for school groups and rentals at the Nature Center, then a camp director for our preschool age camps, then the Preschool Director, my current role. I thrive in high-paced, always changing environments that keep me on my toes. I work best with other dedicated, passionate, and energetic individuals. The other side of my experience is in the music world. Both my formal degrees are in classical music, and I specialize in vocal music from 1600-1750. My future goals in this field are to continue to expand my resume of experience through operas, scene programs, and choral groups, both in early music and newly composed pieces.
