As a Destination DC Apprentice, I apply my data analysis and organization skills to support the various departmental efforts of the official destination marketing organization for the nation's capital. I help to create and distribute engaging and informative content that showcases the diverse and vibrant attractions, events, and culture of DC to potential visitors and partners. I also conduct research and analysis on the tourism trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to inform the strategic planning and decision making of the organization. I graduated from Villanova University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, where I developed a strong interest in human behavior, motivation, and perception. Before joining Destination DC, I worked as a research assistant at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where I assisted in designing and conducting studies on various topics related to health and wellness, such as toxicology and emergency medicine. I am passionate about using my psychology background and analytical skills to promote and enhance the tourism industry and contribute to the economic and social development of DC and beyond.
