I have good communication when talking to others. I work hard and i stay focus on my job on things what needs to be done. I don't slack i try my best to get the job done. I work on my own paste at my current job, I honestly like working on my own paste. It helps me focus better. In construction I work with my dad and my grandpa. I make cement, build scaffolds, move brick or stone to were my bosses needs them. I gather materials for them when needed. I make cuts with a saw. When its hot we were half days, when winter- time depending on the temperature we don't work if its below freezing outside. The cement will get cold and it'll freeze. If it's below freezing it can make the brick wall fall. Same thing with the rain. In the spring time I work all day. My schedule is Monday-Friday.(6am-1pm) We started taking Saturday's off in the summer. Normally I work 6 days a week, My salary is 15.25. How i get paid is when the job gets done. I get paid on open table. so I don't get checks or taxes taken out.
