Since joining Patterns in 2015, I have been dedicated to supporting our mission of improving lives and delivering exceptional care. My career began as a behavior therapist, where I gained valuable, hands-on experience working directly with children and their families. This role gave me a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the impact that quality behavioral services can have.Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the operations team, where I now focus on enhancing our internal processes and building high-performing teams to support our clinicians. With over six years of experience in the behavioral services field, I leverage my unique insights to optimize team structures, streamline operations, and ensure that our clinicians have the support they need to provide outstanding care.I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and am committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion in our services. My goal is to create a positive impact, not only for the families we serve but also for our staff, empowering them to thrive in their roles.
