About Ariana Gmerek

Passionate people person with extensive customer service expertise at Apple and Toast. I began my career in technology helping customers select the right Apple products for their business. From there I became a customer trainer in both B2B and B2C settings in various formats. I was selected to attend exclusive trainings at Apple’s campuses and eventually traveled the US to open new Apple Stores. My role in these projects included educating Apple trainers how to maximize the hardware, software, and training spaces provided to them.After almost ten years at Apple- I was brought to Toast to build out a Help Desk model for in-person support leveraging my experience at the Genius Bar. Since then I have stepped into a more strategic role that gave me problems to solve, projects to deliver, and numerous escalated situations to manage - all at once.I am known for my ability to connect with others and make meetings worth attending. I bring enthusiasm, empathy, and an excited attitude to work each day - hoping that it encourages others to do the same.I can contribute by:- Developing relationships to drive success of the mission at hand.- Seeking and analyzing data to improve the customer experience.- Listening to understand the root of an issue and making strategies to fix them. - Motivating others by building strong connections based on mutual understanding and trust.
