• Supervise and coach 12 Impact Managers by providing structure, resources, and understanding of outcomes for effective execution of program delivery and alignment to schools’ improvement plans and goals • Manage a portfolio of 17 DCPS/Public Charter Schools and 180 AmeriCorps Members through strategic planning and problem solving to ensure successfully meeting or exceeding national goals and AmeriCorps grant requirements for the site • Evaluate and monitor progress against critical goals by enforcing timely, thorough completion of reporting tools, and data collection; and leveraging it to drive continuous improvement of program delivery across the site’s partner schools• Facilitate monthly portfolio meetings and contribute to biweekly department meetings focused on quarterly priorities, tasks, data analysis, and on the job training• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of 16 Impact Managers and 4 Impact Directors over 3.5 years;• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team to support or lead site-wide organizational changes and initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. • Support the Development team in the engagement of key stakeholders, including board members, current or potential donors, and team sponsors

• Managed 24 AmeriCorps Members through a year of high-impact service to students by providing progress monitoring systems and individual performance feedback which resulted in 8 of 9 program delivery goals being met or exceeded • Trained ACMs to provide data-informed interventions to drive student growth in academic, attendance, social-emotional skills resulting in 76% of caseload students meeting or exceeding end of year target goals on formative assessments • Developed strategic partnerships with school leaders and teachers to assess program implementation, create or negotiate conditions for success to attain desired outcomes through quarterly meetings resulting in the renewal of the partnership• Ensured successful completion of performance requirements and grant compliance for City Year, ServeDC, and the Corporation for National and Community Service

• Provided wrap-around case management, advocacy, and resources to a caseload of 25 students with the goals of increased academic success, transition to work, and improvement in healthy behaviors• Built strong relationships with families, school staff and community partners for effective coordination of referrals and services across county/state agencies • Administered risk-screening assessments, maintained documents and updated case notes monthly to evaluate student’s progress and adjust case plans as needed

• Determined parent and provider eligibility for Cook County’s Child Care Assistance Program according to state and county policies/procedures• Solved complex cases on a special team under the department director that required resolutions with a 1 business day turnaround timeframe • Communicated the status of applications, cases, authorized payments, program policies, and procedures to parents and providers

• Advised 15 teenaged youth and parents which increased access and acceptance to training programs, college, internships, and employment opportunities• Facilitated weekly workshops focused on developing social-emotional and hard skills in collaboration with community non-profits and other youth centers• Implemented after school programming structure and academic activities for 20 school-aged students using CYC’s Positive Youth Development model• Prepared monthly reports for the College & Career Readiness, School-Aged After School Programs and documentation the Child & Adult Care Food Program
