• Be the Financial center of knowled for operation.• Support for operations controller in any financial issue• Leading the European costing process on FY year change• Documentation preparation for controllers

• European wide SAP deployment for finance, purchasing with outsourcing the shared services of finance. One global SAP instance in Burscheid. Total People on the project : 300 including IT and 80 Plants in EU. Deployment of 15 plants per 3 months. Total people on the SSC : 500.• Management of the transition from the plant to and the external shared service center and central organizations for the AR, AP, I/C, Cash and Bank and T&E process (Acquired in depth knowledge of all these detailed business processes including continuous improved them).• Coordinate and moderate on-site knowledge transfer workshops (6-8 experts from central and SSC)• Identify acceptance criteria plus track and resolve roadblocks (average of 200 issues per Deployment)• Create and hold presentation for weekly and support monthly executive steering meeting.
