I am the Hub Manager so I manage a crew of six people and we make sure that orders for the Pro Customers ( business accounts ) are picked and packed ready for pick up. I also ensure that phone calls, emails and purchase orders are fulfilled by myself and my crew to run a smooth operation of business.

At Sharp Memorial Hospital, I work at the front desk in Radiology assisting patients with checking in, answering phone calls and redirecting them to where the need to go, assisting radiologists with pages to other staff and assisting staff with patient necessities in order to complete exams. I also utilize EPIC and PACS along with several others in order to complete daily tasks.

At Sharp Rees-Stealy, I work at the front desk in Radiology clinical settings assisting patients with checking in, answering and redirecting phone calls, making paperwork for patients to fill out before their exams, take payments and overall provide great customer service. I also trained as a Tech Aid in the Radiology department, assisting patients to and from their exams and collecting their paperwork.

At Marine Group Boat Works, I assist the Purchasing Agent with orders for material as well as receiving and shipping orders along with managing inventory for parts and other necessary materials for the shipyard.

At West Marine, I managed customer service along with assisting not only my coworkers but the customers with questions they had concerning boats and boating especially in the parts department. I took on the responsibilities of a manager and leading a team.

At Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, I assisted the Physical Therapists and learned the techniques used in Manual Orthopedic physical therapy.

At Rehab United, I observed and assisted the Physical Therapists and worked directly with patients guiding them through their rehabilitation process.
