After two decades of Teaching, Coaching, and Consulting I felt God’s prompting to start a coaching program with one focus: Help Christians grow in every area of their business, personal life, and spiritual life. Matthew 6:33 clearly tells us what our focus should be: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” – When we put God first in every area of our life, every area of our life will be blessed. AXIS Coaching and Consulting was birthed from the desire to assist individuals and businesses in reaching their full potential. We accomplish this by helping them to use the talents God has given them more effectively to dramatically impact their family, community and most importantly, the Kingdom for God's glory. We have had the honor of partnering with hundreds of small business owners to grow their businesses, assisting individuals in reaching their personal goals, and even helping a Christian politician get into office. Aric gained his vast coaching experience while working with children and families at Boys Town in Nebraska. He used his natural ability to help those he worked with become more successful, whether it was the kids in his home, their family’s’, or the other professionals in the organization. Aric’s passion for helping others achieve balance with peace and prosperity lead him to work with Matthew Halloran at Top Advisor Coaching. Starting off working with Associate/Junior Advisors, Aric has become a great Financial Services Coach, understanding the ins and outs of all aspects of a Financial Advisor’s life and practice. “Balance is a choice. Aric worked with financial advisors and insurance agents from across the country educating them on the GIVE strategy and bringing them into the program. Aric also handled the customer service side and assisted with scheduling appointments for their National Development Director with larger firms. Aric assisted with training, implementation, and prospecting for our advisors. As part of the GIVE team Aric helped in redirecting over $25,000,000.00 to charity.

Boys Town, Nebraska

Aric and his wife Candi lived with and helped raise "at risk" youth, helping them to make positive changes in their lives. For over 11 years Aric and Candi helped shape the lives of hundreds of young men in their home and other homes on campus. Aric was amazed to see the transformation all people can go through if just given the correct support, caring, and accountability. Working with the youth, families, and helping to shape and train other family teaching couples grew Aric's passion for helping others achieve greatness. Establishing deep roots and lifelong relationships, Aric will always be honored to have been a part of an organization that strives to help anyone and everyone regardless of their financial situation.

Heartland Life Coaching was a company started by Aric, Matthew Halloran and two other individuals for the purpose of changing peoples lives for the better. After being in business for a year, they collectively decided to shut it's doors. Aric came to his decision when he realized the business would take him away from his true mission at the time which was helping at risk youth at Boys Town. The other three people involved made similar decisions and went on to do great things. This was a tremendous learning experience and educated Aric with a great amount of business knowledge.

Bellevue, Wa

Aric worked with Purus Technologies on contracts with Amazon.com and Real Networks to install Y2K updates and to aid in company relocation. Aric also traveled the western half of the United States servicing computer systems for the U.S. West/Quest phone company.
