Envista Holdings Corp. (a spin-off of Danaher Corp.) is running Oracle EBS for multiple sites across the world. I’m leading a team of analysts located all over Europe mainly in charge of Distributions modules for EMEA region. It includes O2C, P2P, and MTS processes.We’re supporting the business in the daily activities. This is achieved by using the standard functionalities of Oracle EBS, and, very often, by creating customizations to fit the specific requirements. These are sometimes very close to new modules (like the one created to fit 2D and HIBC barcodes for picking area). They can also be interfaces with external third-party systems (material movements by RFID mobiles, connections with suppliers and customers, shipping optimization, data exchanging with Custom offices, etc.). We also take care of upgrading Oracle EBS release along with Developers and DBAs teams. Last step, in process, is the upgrade to 12.2.9.I’m also managing projects when the business needs require more complex solutions that involve different actors in different entities and depts. This also implies a strong synchronization with other teams in EMEA and US regions, to be able to work and react to business requests with the most effective and fast solutions.

My present role is the management of projects focused on improving, tuning and supporting company business processes. Main areas cover the Oracle E-Business Suite, with special attention to the project and building of customized flows and programs.

My present role is to implement and maintain standard and complex customized functionalities for Manufacturing/Distribution Areas in the European Svbron Dental group at its Swiss head quarter (KerrHawe). In particular I'm also having the role of coordinator inside the teams for customizations development.

My beginning role was as Senior Consultant about Process Manufacturing and Logistics. Then, in the last projects, my responsability has grown up to the role of Project Manager with a team (business analysts and developers) to coordinate.In particular I have worked on projects about pharmaceutical industry (both in Italy and Switzerland), where the production processes are extremely controlled and subjected to strict rules. I had to follow all the implementation phases: from the analysis of requirements, to the mapping of them; from the design of possibile solutions, to the implementation of the best one; from the testing to the go-live and post go-ve support.Furthermore another of my tasks has been to coordinate the developments of a great numbers of custom programs that got necessary to fulfil and meet the complete customers requirements. In this case, I had also to analyse and find out the best way to release this objects basing on current data model and its possible limits.

My role was as Senior Counsultant for Oracle Applications, with particular concern on Logistics and Manufacturing areas. In particular, about Logistics, my activities were focused on procurement and inventory areas. I had also to work about integration of this area with financial accounting.About Manufacturing, my deal was about pharmaceitucal industry, where I had to implement Oracle Process Manufacturing Suite.My tasks consists in the complete implementations and maintanance of Oracle solution for thise areas, including data conversion and functional support to develop custom programs to meet client requirements.

My role was as Counsultant for Oracle Applications, with particular concern on Logistics and Manufacturing areas. In particular, about Logistics, my activities were focused on inventory areas. About Manufacturing, I was focused on Discrete Manufacturing modules. In this activity, I had also to build and grow up a team that was able to manage all the aspect of these areas.
