Provides rate case assistance for public water systems in Kentucky.

■ Performed Financial Analysis related duties for KPSC’s Water and Sewer Revenue Requirements Branch■ Responsible for calculating revenue requirements for public utilities during the alternative rate filing (“ARF”) process■ Reviewed general ledgers, financial statements, and source documentation during the field review in the ARF process■ Responsible for compiling and issuing staff reports on behalf of the Commission regarding Staff’s findings during the field review■ Responsible for performing review of applications regarding finance, refinance, and rate adjustments of multiple types by public utilities■ Completed data requests to obtain source documents and primary source information from utilities during the review of these applications

■ Responsible for payroll, general ledger work (including production of financial statements), and tax returns for multiple clients■ Performed preliminary audit work and provided assistance with audits■ Performed administrative work including answering phones, ordering supplies for the business, filing of documents, and preparation of bills for clients
