CurrentAs professional leader of KeshetUK, key accountabilities include:- Delivering the organisationโs priorities as laid out in our 2022-2027 strategy. This includes monitoring progress against KPIs and targets, reporting on progress and developing the next organisational strategy. - Ensuring financial sustainability through devising and executing a fundraising strategy and carefully managing the organisational budget. - Sensitive, compassionate leadership and management of the professional team, including compliance with HR/employer legislation and recruitment. - Working in close partnership with the Board of Trustees to make key decisions, and ensuring that the Board always have the right information and reporting available. - Effective accounting and governance, including working with our accountants, ensuring we are compliant with key frameworks (eg. Charity Commission, Companies House), responsibility for KeshetUK policies, and acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.- Monitoring and managing risk via our risk register and seeking legal advice where necessary. - Managing key stakeholders both internal (e.g. volunteers) and external (e.g. communal partners, the wider LGBT+ sector). - Being the primary spokesperson and ambassador for KeshetUK, including oversight of our key communications channels (annual report, website, social media, press engagement).
