During more than 10 years of working in the Hospitality Industry, I had four- year experience in a restaurant's kitchen which can serve up to 250 meals per day and 6 years in professional customer service. In the previous restaurant, I had the opportunity to cook a mixed cuisine of modern Asian and Western dishes. I am flexible and support my teammates when we are busy or short of staff, the ability to control and manage the team when we are not under the supervisor.
