Charmworks is a parallel computing company that is directly and indirectly supported by some of the best high performance computing software expertise in the world. We license and support Charm++ and Adaptive MPI, which are proven to improve performance on desktop, server, and supercomputer systems by leveraging features such as dynamic load balancing, communication/computation overlap, and fault tolerance.

• Instructed four sections of Public Speaking (CMN 101) per semester• Responsibilities included organizing lesson plans and activities, delivering class lectures, meeting with students to provide extra assistance, grading all assignments, and working with other instructors on improving class content• Worked with the Access and Achievement Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to provide specialized sections of public speaking course for students in this program

• Assisted the Community Outreach Coordinator of the Urbana-Champaign Planned Parenthood on editing and improving sexual education lesson plans used in local high schools• Used these improved lesson plans to teach sexual education in local high schools
