As a Senior Coordinator, I help hire exceptional law students for our Houston and Dallas Summer Associate programs. I am passionate about connecting great candidates with their next opportunity and being their first step in a great career at Paul Hastings!With a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) and a semester abroad at the UA Barcelona, I have a strong foundation in business administration and management, as well as a global perspective and cultural awareness. I leverage my marketing skills to create memorable events, and showcase the benefits and values of working at PH. I also use my HR and recruiting skills to conduct screenings, interviews, and onboard, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring process for candidates. I am always eager to learn, grow, and develop, both personally and professionally. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and candidates to build genuine and lasting relationships.
